Creativity is at the core of living a vibrant life and can be expressed in so many ways. Below are a few of the services I offer in my local community as an end-of-life doula.
Legacy Videos
Reflect upon your life and capture these memories on video. I will conduct an interview in person with a series of questions that will give you an opportunity to laugh, share, ponder and appreciate your life journey and where creativity played a role. At the conclusion of the interview I will send you the video electronically for you to share with your loved ones. Additional video topics may include a tour of your home while capturing memories and stories of those things you most cherish, or an interview with you and a family member or friend, where you reflect together on your shared experience. Average video length 60-90 minutes.
Cost: No charge
Gratitude Cards
Play with color to design your own set of all occasion gratitude cards that you can send to friends and family. For this creative journey we will spend two hours together in your home or local public space. We might talk about what you are most grateful for in life, and how you might use these cards to share your feelings. I will bring the supplies you can use to create a set of 20 cards.
Cost: $40 (to cover the cost of blank cards and art supplies)
